I googled it. The Ukrainian resolution was just whining about Russia and whining about the spelling of Chernobyl ("Chornobyl" is what they wanted). America should not get involved in BS like that. And I don't have a problem with voting alongside strong countries like China and Russia anyway - they're all part of the newly proposed Core 5 countries, a better alternative to the G7/G8.
