and when the trump admin blows up power plants and says 'they were dual use' you will swallow their garbage whole despite them lying to you for 10 years.
you have no idea if they are dual use or what percent is military and you don't care. Because you don't care if the US commits war crimes. Not one bit.
I may be being stupid but I just don't understand how the US and Israel just decided to KILL the leader of a country like that? What would happen if Iran had just decided to kill the leader of the US? It's crazy. Does anyone else think that there hasn't been enough international outrage over this? You can't just kill the leader of a country??
Trump did this clusterf... because he is stupid and ignorant.
The military and senate had a test: Would they stop the idiocy. They both failed.
they failed the test.
our republic is not going to last long. Trump knows he won.
Global energy supply is now down an astounding 60% in the last 60 days! We've never seen anything like this before. I don't think people fully grasp the tsunami on its way. We're talking lockdowns, travel restrictions and grounded flights. Not only that, the fertilizer situation is even worse! Expect food shortages in 3-4 months, Arab Spring 2.0 food riots globally, and introduction of a CBDC for food rationing.
Remember that it's not the military's job to say "No" to president, unless the order is illegal. It's their job to advise him responsibly, and carry out legal orders. In the "drug boat" strikes (murders), I think that they failed in this. And if they carry out illegal orders in Iran, they will have failed in this. But it's not the military's obligation to refuse incredibly stupid orders that will badly deplete munition levels and not accomplish any geopolitical objectives (and actually make things worse).
Civilian control of the military. We were cosmically stupid enough to elect Trump as President. We must not make it worse by suggesting that the military should stop a president from doing anything legal.

The leadership difference between Iran and the U.S. is that the U.S. is one entity with one figure head. Iran has over 30 entities and leaders who do not require coordination with the others. Destroy one and you still have 30 to go.
Yes, and Europe is filled with a bunch of liberal type Americans. They don’t have us, so they are falling. Sucks to be them.
Explain how MAGA is doing to completely destroy a country the size of Iran. That's the same as destroying the fly-over states, of the majority of Europe.

agree, of course.
Major question though is if trump's purge of the pentagon and generals made advisors simply 'yes men' who knew if they didn't support trump they'd get fired. In the military didn't present fully the risks of this war, then they failed.
I read more generals have been fired/asked to retire in the trump admin than in the entire US history up to that point. Remember the general or admiral who pushed back on the drug boat killings had to retire.
If things go really haywire I suspect we'll start to get leaks about the decision making to go to war. Or maybe they've already happened and the news cycle just blasted through them.
I’m pretty sure that many world leaders have privately told Trump not to take out Iran’s infrastructure. It’s the wrong thing to do and would create millions of refugees.

Maybe. Does not matter -- unless if its Russia or China talking,
