I started running february and pretty much hopped on the NSA method straight away. I was generally fit before and knew I could handle a lot. Started 5x1600m, then 4x2000m and this last month or so been doing mostly 3x3000m 3 times a week and 3 easy runs plus the LR. But since end of april I started stretching the LR to around 2h50min and just kept pushing, still felt decent. Then just last week I thought do follow the man himself and did his marathon sessions and thats what cracked me a bit, didnt feel like I was recovering.
