I mostly agree with your posts, but I think the language of the birthright amendment is crystal clear:
"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."
A good argument can be made that this section of the amendment has outlived its purpose, but I don't see how it can be changed other than by another amendment--not judicial fiat. (Although, granted, who knows with this court.)In addition, though the words "separation of church and state" may not appear in the Constitution, in Everson v. Board SCOTUS (9-0!) said:
"The 'establishment of religion' clause of the First Amendment means at least this: Neither a state nor the Federal Government can . . . pass laws which aid one religion, aid all religions or prefer one religion over another. . . . No tax in any amount, large or small, can be levied to support any religious activities or institutions, whatever they may be called, or whatever form they may adopt to teach or practice religion. . . . In the words of Jefferson, the clause against establishment of religion by law was intended to erect "'a wall of separation between Church and State." [Emphases mine.](I might note that the words "one person, one vote" also don't appear in the Constitution, but it is certainly a Constitutional principle.)

For the first 6 months of Trump's presidency the Libs here only wanted to talk about the stock market. Now, for the last few months they have never mentioned once the market. They have NOTHING to go on. Even the Epstein files crap has fizzled out. They are crying that they have nothing to complain about.
