Political violence is political violence regardless of who or when it is occurring. I’m happy to call the idiots who stormed the capitol Morans if you are willing to do the same for those within your own party. But be realistic, this was not a coup attempt. Anyone wonder why Ray Epps got off scofflaw free while other protestors were summarily incarcerated in government detention centers? Biden has mocked the Due Process articles unmerciful as the nationwide roundup continues. We don't see any amnesty cities for the January 6th protestors! Just for Democrat immigrants, apparently.

1. Take Carlson's word for it, even though his own legal defense in court not long ago was that he shouldn't be believed.

2. > 1,000 indictments = some bad apples

3. As long as there are lots of "innocent people" in the mix it waters down the fact that more than 1,000 criminals were there for something else... therefore we can't call it an insurrection.
