Should be interesting. Reports are that Cohen is going to call Trump a "madman", and Lanny Davis said recently that some of the stories Cohen has told him about Trump gave him "chills". We will see if it lives up to all that.

i was thinking the study of Fagpole would lend a glimpse into the mind of the fool who is lead by the fake propagenda right up to the point where the troopers boots are on his face before they take him away to a concentration camp, with the rest of the gullible public.
Maybe there is still some data yet from Fagpole, but up to now, it's mostly straight up mental illness, or perhaps he happens to represent a larger form of moranism, that we somehow failed to classify, or realize.

When Comey gave information out about Hillary Clinton during the campaign, that supposedly broke from tradition with the DOJ and FBI that they don't give information out about an investigation like that if the person wasn't indicted. Democrats say that has set a precedent and that they (Democrats) can use that to make the DOJ give up all the information that will be in the Mueller Report if they believe much has been hidden from them and from the public.
Well, THIS Democrat says NO to that.
We can't just hope to use a bad judgement to our advantage and hope to continue the bad judgement. That's not how things are supposed to work. That is not how integrity works.
The DOJ should decide for certain what their policy is and then abide by that until they decide AS A BODY that the policy has changed.
Now, there ARE other arguments to make to get the full report from the DOJ, but this precedent one is bad form.
Just one more example in a line of many that I don't just go with whatever the Democrats say. I am driven by truth, justice, and integrity at all times with no exceptions.

He has some restrictions placed on his for sure. The Russia thing is completely off the table. Not sure what else. Could be some attempts to get him to talk anyway. We shall see.

If Mueller's report exonerates Trump in all ways...meaning it shows that none of the other offices or investigations are looking at Trump at all because Mueller has declared him innocent of all those possible things, then YES, Mueller would have arrived.
Your second question is an especially GOOD QUESTION!
Now, when I say "Mueller is coming", I DO mean he is coming with the goods to make Trump pay. When I first started saying this, I felt Trump's paying would ONLY be politically, specifically meaning he would be impeached and removed from office OR he would resign before the end of his first term. After more evidence has come out, I have ADDED that I believe he will serve prison time. So, he arrives when info from his investigation or any investigation borne of his investigation makes Trump pay a political or legal price.
To be fair though (and I am ALWAYS fair), Mueller's arrival can be defined in one of three ways:
1) His report fully exonerates Trump including noting that no other office or agency is continuing to investigate him.
2) All offices or agencies investigating Trump as a result of work passed to them from Mueller show that Trump is innocent of all suspected crimes.
3) Something as a result of Mueller's work or work he pawned off to another office makes Trump pay politically or legally.
2 of the 3 above have Trump getting off the hook, however; they are not equal possibilities. #3 is by FAR the strongest option of the three.
Charges will include:
Obstruction of Justice
Money Laundering
Conspiracy (could be bribery instead, but it will be as a result of the non-legal term, in this case, collusion)
Bank and/or wire fraud
Emoluments clause
Campaign finance
RICO
Something with regard to chattels
Privacy and/or hacking and/or computer fraud of some sort
Some other thing we don't know about
Trump has the possibility of escaping some of the above charges due to plea bargain and/or pardon. I have said this for a long time, so Trumpers out there, don't get your panties in a wad...don't make me prove that to you.
Since the time I began believing he WILL face time in prison though, I have believed he WILL serve some jail time even if he has plea deals and a pardon. I believe there will just be too much to plea and pardon away and that he WILL serve some time, even if it is minimal.

Ok...but, assuming he will deliver a report soon (really no one knows for sure), do you believe the SDNY, the DC US Attorney's Office or any other of the many that have taken work from Mueller, that THEY will be his downfall? No one is saying the Mueller Report is the end of the investigations...in fact, not at all...just MIGHT be the first one to end. So, do you think Trump gets away with everything?
Nope. He’s been a crook for decades. Good crooks know how to not get caught. His organization, both his business and politics, is so big that it would be easily to have “plausible deniability” of any wrong doing by his associates. He’s very hands off when it comes to doing the dirty work.
He will get away with it all. Maybe tax fraud, but I think they’ve been trying to get him on that for decades and it hasn’t stuck.
Also it will depend on what SDNY wants to go after. Just because someone is obviously guilty doesn’t mean they will prosecute. He’s guilty of felony campaign finance violations as it relates to the Cohen case, but that doesn’t mean they will charge him after he leaves office.

The Senate voted Monday to block consideration of a measure that would punish any doctor who fails to provide medical care to a child born alive after an attempted abortion.
All but three Democrats voted against a procedural motion on the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, denying it the necessary 60 votes to proceed. The final vote count was 53 in favor and 44 opposed.
The bill would require a health-care practitioner to “exercise the same degree of professional skill, care, and diligence to preserve the life and health of the child” as he or she would to “any other child born alive at the same gestational age.” The bill includes criminal penalties, a right of civil action for an affected mother and a mandatory reporting requirement for other health providers.
Opponents of the bill argued that it represented an unjustified attack on abortion rights, preventing doctors from exercising their best medical judgment and exposing them to possible lawsuits or prosecution.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) has sought to put Democrats — and 2020 candidates in particular — on the record on the issue after recent comments made by Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam (D). McConnell also plans to hold a vote in the coming weeks on the Green New Deal climate change legislation as he has cast the Democrats as extreme.
In remarks on the Senate floor ahead of Monday’s vote, McConnell described the measure as “a straightforward piece of legislation to protect newborn babies.” Democrats, he argued, “seem to be suggesting that newborn babies’ right to life may be contingent on the circumstances surrounding their birth.”
