Congrats to Jake for getting the deal, I look forward to watching his vids every week and glad he’s finally got a shoe deal. I’m surprised none of the bigger brands took a punt on him though tbh. Honestly, I think Jake will struggle to make Brooks cool. Even in the few pictures shared on insta the Brooks gear does not compare to the Saysky ‘wavey garms’. I have to admit I bought some Saysky shorts with one of his codes but won’t be rushing to get Brooks gear with this partnership.
I generally only buy Best Athletic running clothes and adidas shoes but will definitely buy some brooks daily trainers if RTJ gives a code to show my appreciation of his great videos

I was there and raced and it was awesome weather. Yeah the course is a bit hilly for a 5k 130ft in 3 miles but the weather was chilly and no humidity compared to recent weeks in the area. She’s just weird. Harmless in the area, but she’s in a weird silo with her husband.

I started watching RTJ recently. It is good content but he doesn’t seem to understand that being able to run massive amounts of miles per week is an outlier talent.
Staying healthy and absorbing the training with the number of miles he puts in is very rare. I get it plays in to the dream that anyone with basic talent can get to his level by just putting in the time. What he is doing is exceptionally rare though and not for the reasons he thinks.

There are tons on TikTok. These young women literally post reels of getting ready to go run, running in a job bra, and then a plate of food or some sort of protein shake or smoothie -- that's pretty much the content.
Then they get mad and be like “OMG, stop objectifying me!” when some creepy rando comments. Like yes, in an ideal world there wouldn’t incels but basically you made incel bait so not sure what you were expecting.

I think we can all agree SJD is a paragon of virtue compared to a lot of his progeny. His content has been pretty good since the reset.
