ICE Boston arrested Jorge Alberto Menjivar, a 45-year-old criminal alien from El Salvador, who's been convicted of three counts of aggravated rape of a child and three counts of rape of a child by force in Woburn, Massachusetts. He was sentenced to 12 to 15 years in prison.

ICE Chicago arrested Bernardino Perez Arrevillaga, a 36-year-old criminal alien and sexual predator from Mexico, on Sept. 9. He's been convicted of aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a child between the ages of 13 and 16 in Cook County, Illinois; his victim was 13 years old at the time of the offense. He was sentenced to 30 months of special probation.

ICE New Orleans arrested Tania Merlo-Mendoza, a 30-year-old violent criminal alien from Honduras, on Sept. 8. She's been convicted of aggravated battery, for which she was sentenced to two years in prison. She also has pending charges for home invasion, traffic offenses, simple battery, violation of protection orders, crimes against nature and prostitution.

ICE New Orleans arrested Newton Njuguna Githri, a 32-year-old sexual predator from Kenya, on Aug. 25. He's been convicted of sexually abusing a child and burglary in Jefferson County, Alabama.

ICE Los Angeles arrested Francisco Antonio Villalobos, a 51-year-old criminal alien from El Salvador, on Aug. 12. He's been convicted of kidnapping in Urbana, Illinois, and was sentenced to 31 years in prison.

Let’s not forget that a sizable fraction of the Republican Party AREN’T high school educated trailer trash. They went to college, and they want their kids to go to the most prestigious college possible (which, rather amusingly - and hypocritically - is strongly correlated with being very liberal institutions!). And while that may not be a purist valuation of higher education, it’s still not the absence of any valuation.

Makes me realize that I don’t really know much about the actual demographics of the GOP (or the Democrats, for that matter). And my guess would be that a lot of uneducated Trump voters aren’t registered Republicans. Regardless, it would be interesting to know the relative proportions of trailer trash and college educated Republicans?

(and yes, I’m fully aware that trailer trash and high school educated are not synonymous; but I’m pissed enough about this country that I’m not going to sweat looking a bit unfair about Trumper idiots of varying stripes who are doing their damndest to ruin our country)

Call me crazy, but I am not afraid of illegal immigrants in any way shape or form. In all my years on this planet I have never had any problem. I would guess that my experience is exactly like yours. But you live in the right wing ecosphere that has taught you be very, very skeered of them.

….and given what we’ve seen, especially in Trump 2.0, if you are a college-educated, upper middle class Republican who STILL proudly votes Republican, you fully deserve to be labeled as, “clearly possessing trailer trash sensibilities” !!!

I hear that most American-badged full-sized pickup trucks now have a GPS-enabled sensor that disables the engine if you come within 100 miles of a major American urban center.

I do believe that prestige is correlated with institutions that have liberal faculties, this is not correlating with value to the country. Certainly in many fields this is part of the price of admission to a "club" in the business world. However, these things can and should change in the "America First" era. I am all for eliminating the ivies or forcing them to stop with the woke/DEI crap. There is no reason for the brainwashing that is going on at these universities and colleges. The cult of personality of the US education system is contributing to the idea that patriots are not as smart as the woke people educated at highly politically skewed institutions. This is untrue and when the elite colleges stop with the brainwashing the US will be a much better place.
