He has such awful.form compared to other world class 1500m runners. Nuguse should have been coached to use his arms to drive, instead he looks like a distance runner. He is also too upright and acting like his own anchor.
Did he take up running relatively late and do fun runs and road races at first?
Jakob put on an absolute show. Just manhandled some of the world’s best on that last lap. Kerr is not winning a race like that.
I don’t know why everyone keeps bringing it back to Kerr.
Jakob is clearly back on top form and is leagues ahead. Interesting commentary from Cram and I’d agree with him. The Olympics are a different ballgame. No pacers, no race lights. If Jakob can run like he did today - push ahead and get a decent lead, he’ll win. If it turns slow and tactical then it may be more open.
No shade on Jakob but it will be different in the Olympics and that makes it exciting. He should win but we’ve seen upsets before.
