Being a Republican does absolve you from thinking stupid thoughts. Democrats have been using minorities for political power for decades. Ask yourself why Democratically administered inner cities are cesspools of graft and corruption.
To the fellow older posters in this thread: Did you ever imagine our country getting to this point? The best we could do for TWO freaking elections is this orange nest head and the 120 year old currently in office. I'm glad I was born when I was.....wish it were earlier.

I wouldn’t say 65% of the country is on board with this. I’d say 65% of let’s run folks are. Runners are a predominantly liberal crew. And that’s all fine and good. It’s a free country. believe what you want. It’s obvious Trump lives in a lot of peoples heads on here. They all had the same reaction to the Russia investigation, Stormy Daniels, MichAel Cohen, Impeachment #1 & #2…, list goes on and on!

Dude was keeping top secret documents in his basement and refused to give them back. Trump was both breaking the law and being a national security threat.
I mean when right wingers look in the mirror and ask themselves why they think Trump is exempt from laws what do they tell themselves? How do they fool themselves on that one?
I guess I know the answer....they see white conservatives as so threatened by modern culture that breaking laws is fine in order to save America. They know Trump is a criminal but he's THEIR criminal, fighting for them, and therefore exempt from laws.
I suppose we all think that somewhat....Dems aren't jumping on General Milley now that we know he circumvented the chain of command to conduct US foreign policy, because he knew Trump was so off the rails and dangerous to the nation. But Milley is no politician - he's not running for anything.

The US has been on the downhill for a while now. But this puts the nail in the coffin. I used to laugh how at pathetic countries that would have to hound their ex-leaders because of corruption; after every election each faction would prosecute the other. The US now joins this illustrious list. But it's even funnier because half of the country thinks that if Trump gets in 2023 he'll try and chase Hillary for her "crimes". Oh, the delusion and the lack of utter lack of fact-based discourse. It's amazing.

The FBI doesn't execute a search warrant approved by a judge without evidence of crimes having been committed. The Republican Party has made it clear that they love nothing more than a twice-impeached criminal ex-President to lead them. They really need their own country. But it isn't the US.
