I am sure you are not a legal scholar but have you ever heard of the "presumption of innocence?" Until Trump is indicted and hauled before a court and convicted of a crime, he is presumed innocent. Got it?

While Trump has not yet been convicted of a criminal activity, he has been caught cheating on his taxes many, many times and also been punished by the gaming authority for blatant fraud. And of course he has lost or settled many, many lawsuits against him, and paid millions to people he cheated. And that's not even counting all the business people he has stiffed - legally, if not morally or ethically.

Point is, there are dozens of reasons to consider spanky a very bad person who surrounds himself with criminals and screws people over every chance he gets.

Agip - you say Trump has been caught cheating on this taxes "many, many times...."

And he served how many years in prison for this tax cheating many, many times? Wesley Snipes cheated on his taxes and got 4 years. Al Capone cheated on his taxes, and that was the only reason the Feds were able to get him. He was sent to Alcatraz and died there. So tell me again how Trump cheated on his taxes and never was convicted of that.

I will give you points for your contentions. You are right, Hillary was never convicted (or even indicted), Obama was never convicted and Clinton was never convicted (though he was impeached). I think that Hillary should have been charged with crimes for destroying evidence after she was told to turn over her hard drive and e-mails. Obama - I thought he would be a terrible president but he was not so bad after all. Clinton possibly raped a number of women, was the king of slime, was impeached yet still is probably the biggest slimeball to ever be president.

cheating on taxes is not always criminal - trump has paid many penalties for his tax cheating. This is just a fact. He has been forbidden from running a charity because of his repeated shameless use of it to cheat on taxes.

And NYS and the IRS are starting new investigations on older tax fraud that could result in more fines and penalties.

So your claim that tax cheats go to jail is unfounded. Trump is a tax cheat and has been for 50+ years.
