This will fall on deaf ears, but here goes. If the mission was to kill OBL, as it was when Obama had it done, then that would be mission completion (elimination of a dangerous hostile). OBL's body identity was verified in Afghanistan.
When people's identity is unknown, there is no clear evidence they committed any crime, they are not a threat to US personnel and are clinging to wreckage in the middle of the ocean, then it is murder.
If the Trump admin provided proof that these people were criminal hostiles, it might not be murder. But no evidence has been produced such as a boat search video, arresting the "narco-terrorists" and them pointing the finger at the leaders of the supposed drug ring, then prosecuting them legally in an open court. Instead, all possible evidence was destroyed and every witness was killed. This looks like there was never any evidence or it was intentionally destroyed. That is not how a lawful or transparent government does things.
