1) Nobody on here said anything whatsoever about drinking bleach until
2) "Adult" in the room stated (apropos of nothing whatsoever) that "He never said to drink or inject bleach"
3) To which Fact Checker said nothing whatsoever about drinking bleach
4) Truly piling on, I said absolutely nothing whatsoever about drinking bleach
5) And your comeback is that something makes more sense than drinking bleach?
Ummm . . . Okaayyyyyyy
Fact Checker just said Trump was referencing bleach, several posts above yours, even after I disproved it. I don't know why AITR brought it up, but it was a common lie many people like Fact Checker fell for and even still believe.
agreed that dems have taken the bleach thing too far - the quote shows he's really dumb but it doesn't say what the Dems keep saying.
And the 'many fine people' comment is the same - trump was narrowly praising a quiet group protesting the removal of a statue of the traitor General Lee - trump was not praising those neo-nazi rightists with the torches. Trump clearly condemned the nazis.
I'm willing to agree that there might be good Americans who didn't want the traitor monument taken down. Just like I think there might be good Americans who want to defund the police. Misguided and stupid, but they are not comparable to the tiki torch morans.

Rep. George Santos remained defiant ahead of an expulsion vote on the House floor -- saying he didn't care about a move that triggered another push to oust him.
hint: There would have been no plea bargains unless the foot soldiers had incriminating evidence about Trump, Giuliani, Meadows.
Plea bargains are only offered for the good, incriminating stuff. Assume evidence at trial that Trump and the rest knew they were committing crimes, committed the crimes and there were witnesses.
But only a 25% chance a Confederate state jury would convict these guys no matter what they did - we might agree on that.
So you believe the evidence Guiliani and Meadows have is so incriminating that no plea deals were offered... lol.
Rudy has no value in a plea deal. Why you ask?
Because he is a walking history of lies just like Trump. He would be useless on a witness stand because his lies and contradictions would obliterate any testimony he offered. The defense would humiliate him.
A co-founder of the Students for Trump supporter group was arrested last week on domestic violence charges in North Carolina, according to court documents.
Ryan Fournier, who co-founded the organization as a Campbell University student in 2016 and now leads conservative activist group Radical Alert, was charged with assault of a woman and assault with a deadly weapon after an incident last Tuesday. According to court records, Fournier grabbed his girlfriend by the arm and hit her in the head with a handgun.

Odd that you have no problem basing your entire case in NYC around Michael Cohen...
People who have critical thinking skills can recognize both bias and lies. They are two different things. In general, both are easier to recognize if one uses multiple news sources.
When a political figure makes a statement that is recorded or written on a public platform, the words are irrefutable. A right or left leaning news source may say why it is good or bad. An illegitimate news source will change the quote or make up another to fit their narrative. A critical thinker can see a pattern of statements and actions. A critical thinker will also understand that there is not an "always right or always wrong" political party or person.
And you are a critical thinker and those with opposing views are not.
See how that works.
There was no opposing view. It was deliberately written without partisan slant. There is no reason to be defensive unless someone is knowingly posting false statements and "x party is always right/wrong" rhetoric.
I will, maybe, if this goes well and I remember to do it, give you a macro economic chart every day or two to bring some facts to the table. Lord knows we need them, instead of memes from shlt posters and inflammatory posts from trolls.
Today is Fed government tax receipts. We often talk about spending, but rarely the other side of the equation. Looking at fed revenues tells us more of what we can afford. And here the news is good - revenues are around 20% higher than where they were in the Trump admin, although down a little from their Biden Admin peak.
The boost is because of strong post-covid economic activity, incl capital gains realized after the 2021 bull market in stocks.
The recent decline is thought to be because capital gains tax receipts were down this year because 2022 was a bad year for stocks. 2023 has seen a strong 20% gain in stocks so we'll likely see receipts go back up again.
This is not an inflation adjusted number so some of the boost is not 'real' but the result of inflation.
Takeaway: Sure, spending has gone up, but so has revenue, so the deficit has not increased as much as you'd think.

You bring up a good side point. why does Trump surround himself with the most corrupt liars?
Do you think it might be because Trump is himself a corrupt criminal liar? Might that explain why non-corrupt people that get hired by Trump quit within a year of working with him?
No,NoNo. We are all mistaken because of the liberal media. Trump is a straight shooting righteous businessman illegally targeted for political purposes.

What agip fails to acknowledge in this macro economic analysis is interest we pay on the debt rose last year due to efforts to combat Bidenflation created by the American Rescue Plan and a number of other measures enacted by the previous Democrat controlled congress and executive orders issued by Biden (to the tune of about half a trillion dollars). So any gains from increased tax collections (which were short of projections by the CBO, which is what Biden was relying on to pay for other bills like the Inflation Reduction Act) were more than offset by the additional interest payments and additional spending resulting in a $1.7 trillion deficit last year. This number would have been $2.1 trillion if not for the Supreme Court overturning his student loan forgiveness plan (which he is still trying to push through in a different form).

Cohen is a New York liberal. They are all corrupt liars.
You grossly overestimate the worth of the typical liberal.
Clinton was a pathological liar and a criminal.
Biden might be the only person on earth who lies more than Trump and is clearly a criminal.

You are deflecting. Why is Trump surrounded by corrupt criminal liars which you acknowledge?
BTW, Trump and Cohen are both decades long partners and both lifetime New Yorkers. Trump just changes his political stripes whenever he sees personal benefit. It’s all a con and you are the mark if you think Trump shares anyone’s core conservative beliefs.
