Your article points out the same problem I did. The TSMC factory in AZ isn't being built because TSMC engineers can't move to the US thanks to Biden's union-influenced policies.

There aren't currently enough engineers who can make high-end semiconductors in the US. It doesn't make sense to subsidize TSMC's new plant, under the assumption that it's time critical, but block the engineers required, does it?
Under Biden, the Democrats first had the House, but not Senate. Now they have Senate, but not the House. They managed to get a bipartisan $1.2T infrastructure bill passed. It covers moving semiconductor and EV auto manufacturing on shore.
Trump had both House and Senate for 2 years. He passed a tax cut for the rich and corporations.
Dems had the house and effectively the Senate (deciding VP vote). The only reason deficits weren’t worse is because Manchin and Senema had at least an inkling of fiscal responsibility.

That's a MAJOR step towards deescalating tension with China, and a huge win for Biden (and America). Sure he may bumble his words from time to time, but no American president has ever had more experience in governmental leadership, and this experience is showing time and time again as he negotiates with world leaders. I'm very thankful we have an adult at the wheel during this difficult time in the world.

I’m a conservative and have never voted D. But I’m also a Christian and big supporter of Israel. Biden has stood with Israel and I plan to vote for him because of that.
