GOP Crime Blotter. They had donor credit cards and just went to town with them.
A second person connected to the campaign of Representative George Santos of New York has pleaded guilty to federal charges, an ominous sign as the embattled congressman’s own case moves closer to trial.
Between November 2020 and January 2023, Mr. Miele used his position with the Santos campaign to charge donors’ credit cards without their permission and to apply contributions to things they had not been intended for.
We laugh at this stuff. But this is what works on the modern day GOP voter like Disco, Joedirt and Sally. It wins them over.
GOP Sen. Mullin who tried to fight the Teamsters president yesterday:
"I'm not afraid of biting. I will bite. In a fight, I'm gonna bite. I'll do anything. I mean, I'm not above it. And I don't care where I bite, by the way. It just is going to be a bite."
Even our new Speaker of the House has come out and said there’s not enough evidence to proceed with an impeachment. Just another failed witch hunt.
There's obviously more than enuff. This just speaks to the corruption of the system
I know where the evidence is too! It's with the evidence that Trump has that proves the 2020 election was stolen and amazingly enough it's in the same location as the name of the real killer(s) of OJ Simpson's ex-wife and that waiter!
Good luck with that. Seek medical help immediately.
The annual inflation rate for the United States was 3.2% for the 12 months ended October, compared to 3.7% previously, according to U.S. Labor Department data published on Nov. 14, 2023. The next update on inflation is schedu...
Unemployment still amazing (better than "full" employment)
Amazing week of stock market gains.
Thanks, Joe Biden!
Don’t forget $1 trillion in interest on the debt last year (20.6% of federal revenue, a new record), a $1.7 trillion deficit (that’s even after the courts stopped his unconstitutional attempted $400 billion student loan bailout), etc. Don’t confuse deficit spending with economic genius.

they keep electing people who claim to be 'fighters' and this is the result. Low quality people who want to get in fistfights instead of govern. No surprise.

We need to cut spending and / or increase tax collections. I’ve said it numerous times. You can either tax and spend or you can not tax and not spend. What you can’t do (and it seems like the four previous presidents haven’t figured this out) is spend and not tax. What is abundantly clear is that we should not be spending like we are in a COVID emergency years after the need has passed. The 1% cuts to discretionary spending aren’t going to do anything to curb our 20% deficit spending. We are at a financial breaking point and half a55ed measures are not sufficient. We need to make cuts, and there are no sacred cows (including the military).
