There needs to be only day-of voting. If you care enough to vote, you can take time off work. I also wish only net positive taxpayers could vote but that's another thing.

It is fascinating how, whenever anyone believes that the right to vote should be restricted, they always think that those who should be excluded from having the right to vote are those who are "not like themselves."
