I have to think that President Trump will try again. Gonna have trouble winning on the merits, though.

I just had a very good telephone call with President Xi, of China. We discussed many topics including Ukraine/Russia, Fentanyl, Soybeans and other Farm Products, etc. We have done a good, and very important, deal for our Great Farmers — and it will only get better. Our relationship with China is extremely strong! This call was a follow up to our highly successful meeting in South Korea, three weeks ago. Since then, there has been significant progress on both sides in keeping our agreements current and accurate. Now we can set our sights on the big picture. To that end, President Xi invited me to visit Beijing in April, which I accepted, and I reciprocated where he will be my guest for a State Visit in the U.S. later in the year. We agreed that it is important that we communicate often, which I look forward to doing. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

I don't think they will try again any time soon. The prosecution will undoubtedly appeal to the Fourth Circuit and, failing there, will try to get to SCOTUS.
After reading the Currie opinion, I don't see an appeal on the 28 USC 546 issue going anywhere for the prosecution. And I would guess that the Supreme Court would not be interested in a pretty basic statutory interpretation case, although there are now at least 4 different rulings in 3 different district courts against Trump/Banda and their strained, tricked-up US attorney appointments, so the Supreme Court may want to end this permanently.
Does anyone know when we get the $5,000 checks from DOGE that Trump promised? What I love about Trump is he’s a straight shooter. He may rub people the wrong way, but he tells it like it is. That’s why I know the promised $5,000 DOGE checks are as good as cash money in the bank. I booked a surprise trip home to see my family because I know those America First kickbacks are coming soon, baby.

Bonda did get at least two loaner US attorney (Lemons and Diaz, I believe) up to ED Virginia to essentially take over for the incompetent Halligans. They might agree to try again, if there was ever another opportunity.
Not sure what happens when the dust clears here, but I think Judge Nachmanoff dismisses the whole case without deciding the other pending motions to dismiss -- "Literal Truth," Vindictive/Selective and the "Halligans is a Retard and Now Probably a Lying Retard Too" motion regarding the Fake Indictment. I think all those other motions now get denied as moot, which is too bad. At least too bad for the public and the justice system. Halligans may actually have dodged a bullet to her reputation getting the whole case tossed on 28 USC 546, although she's probably too dumb to realize it.

I read the 26 page opinion and here is the ruling on James' case:

Here is a brief summary of the Judge's logic: Lindsey Halligan's appointment violated the appointments clause because the judicial branch has sole authority to appoint the prosecutor for the Eastern District of Virginia as the 120 day period after which the original interim prosecutor had been appointed (and re-appointed before resigning/being fired) had expired. The judge pointed out that allowing the executive branch to continually appoint interim prosecutors would prevent the process of "advise and consent" by the Senate (aka, "confirmation"); so Trump could just keep firing and reappointing prosecutors until he found one that would do what he wanted, without a confirmation hearing, which would slow down the process (here to the point where the statute of limitations would run out).
Also, both cases were dismissed "without prejudice," meaning they can be tried again, although with the statute of limitations running out (at least in the Comey case), this seems unlikely.
Comey has good lawyers. They successfully mounted a procedural challenge that should settle the case in his favor.
Trump, of course, is going to lose it on social media. That's what he does, and he's very good at it.

Everyone knows that unless Russia or Ukraine implodes - both unlikely to happen - their war will end where the front lines are now. The details will have to be worked out, but that's what's going to happen.
A normal politician will have trouble pushing UKR to accept that. Because UKR is the wronged party and we all want to make things right. We want UKR to get its stolen land back and we want bad RU to lose what they stole.
But trump has no knowledge of morality or history or an interest in doing the right thing, so his general 'just shake things up until a solution is found' is probably the best one.
Scare both sides into finding a face-saving solution they can live with. Trump's 'I'm a crazy man so don't expect me to follow any rules' actually sort of works in situations like this.
Or at least has a chance to work, vs another 5 years of trench warfare.
