Jan, are you losing any weight since you ramped up the training in the past month? I agree with Ghost; you need to work towards 80 kilos.
Actually I haven't weight me in one and a half months , so I don't know . But my legs ,face and so on are thinner due to the consistent almost daily training and I eat mostly only two times per day.

You're on the right track.
We know how challenging it is to avoid tempting foods in Sweden, with Willeys supermarket just a few minutes from your house (that was my "go to" when I stayed in your hometown).
In addition, the cold weather in Sweden in winter means most of the day is spent indoors with the temptation to eat. Been there done that. People need strong discipline to stay on track. In Sweden, I noticed they sell hot dogs everywhere.. and so cheap ...like the USA back in the 60's and 70's. Jan will concur. I forgot to mention the Swedish bakeries and coffee shops....ubiquitous, delicious and reasonably priced. On cold days, from November to April.. it's a "go to" place for pensioners like J.S. and yours truly....not too many other options.
Wishing you - coach J.S. continued success in your endeavors.

You don't even know that the "Ph" doesn't refer to Reindell but to Beckhowe.
In ROSKAMM, H., BECKHOWE, Ph., REINDELL, H., "Ph." refers to Beckhowe and "H." (for Herbert) refers to Reindell.
If you can't even understand this, and for 40 years you thought there was a guy called Ph Reindell, imagine how many more things you got wrong.
He failed to understand that the Ukranian woman teamed up with him because if his money.
It's so very typically you to bring up old things that absolutely has nothing to do to this thread about my journey to try for a sub 20 min 5k at age 66. 😉
And I can give you some more info about this " case" with a wonderful and very beautiful Ukrainian woman. It's like you hint at that many Eastern countries women try to find wealthy Western countries men, that we all know of course, but in my case she knows by now I'm not among those wealthy men and she is still after now six years with me. She is a very good caring human being and the very best in many ways among all the women I have known in my now long life. End of that story I hope? 😉🤔😎

"Gosh1 said 1 page back you weight is 90kg January 2026. One of you 2 are not telling the truth" That was just a good guess from Ghost 1 due to we now are right after Christmas dinners and New Years celebrations. 😉🍾🥂🥩🍷🍰 A very knowledgeable man and good logical thinking. 🙏🧙♂️

So, your buddy stated "for the record" but you called it guesswork (like all your Ego-adjusted and Vibes-based performance indicators)
Interesting. So his ‘judgment’ is basically speculation, good to know.
A very knowledgeable man and good logical thinking. 🙏🧙♂️
Do you really think that, or are you just saying it to keep him happy and score some points with your "buddy"?
Maybe Ghost1 is finally starting to see for who you really are

So you think only Sweden has tempting foods and thats why your "buddy" is somewhat overweight? What utter nonsence!
It's for most people in most countries available, so that argument is nonsense from start to finish.
Mind you, nothing wrong with sometime's a so called festmeal / fastfood or something, even i do that. But do not make that kind of excuses for buddy wizzard
Like you said, you/he need strong discipline, but it lookes like there's the problem, the lack of it
Jan hasn't been on a serious running program for several years and now he's running around 6 hours per week? if he can keep his eating at baseline, could be an easy 1 plus lbs per week, or 2 kilos per month, which adds up fast.
on the other hand, if the appetite increases and there isn't discipline...

So theoretically speaking, if the discipline is there, he could / should be at race weight (according to Ghost1, he need to go under 80kg, now at 90kg) in lets say about half a year.
Normally i would give people the benefit of the doubt but...
