I don’t see any Cali runner breaking 14 except maybe Aidan Antonio and Conor Lott (but I think Clovis North is not racing Woodbridge this).

your probably right. Cool Breeze course this year looks to be about 10 seconds faster than last year. Unlikely anyone here breaks it. What about the mt carmel kid whom almost got kenan palas record of 14:11?
Maybe, would have to see the speed rating on that meet. Checked out his track times and his 14:15 pushes all his times out the water. 4:26 and 9:43, pretty slow in comparison to 14:15.

Deledonne's 4:12 at Arcadia. He also ran 4:12 at Southern Section finals. The race the week before the Masters.
I’m talking about Northcutt

3. Ayala
Despite the team not running at the state meet due to no fault of their own, Ayala has proven through their entire season that they are deep and young. They will be led by this-year's fastest freshmen in California, Bryson Caganap, along with other sub-15 underclassmen, and several more sub-16 returners. It looks to be that 3 of Ayala's top 5 runners next year will be sophomores, and they will be dangerous for more years to come.
7th at Cool Breeze. The departure of the AD and the coaches made this program collapse

Yo, Little pinheads. Walt Lange has been at Jesuit way way way before you all were born. And they always have solid teams...ALWAYS.
Get of your device and go run.
Jesuit hasn’t made NXN between 2007-2023. And most of these years they weren’t even close

I think that Antonio will very likely be the fastest Californian at Woodbridge, given that it's his team's home invitational and that the course tends to favor strength-based milers, like Antonio. I do think a couple more Californians can break 14 though, namely Zavaleta, Hunter, and Abbott. Zavaleta is somewhat of a wildcard because he already broke 14 last year, and he DNS'd cool breeze, so either he's injured or he's delaying his peak, and whichever one it is will have a big impact on what he does at Woodbridge. It would be exciting to see some Californians challenge Jackson Spencer for the title, especially when the individual side of the meet will be somewhat weaker this year.
Mario Montoya will break 14 minutes at Woodbridge , come back when I'm right
Great start for the Hart Boys and La Serna Boys at Cool Breeze-
Hart - 164.2 average speed rating
La Serna - 160.6 average speed rating
Jace Deledonne - 179.07
Last year for top 15 teams (sweeps + rated) at woodbridge, the teams would need to average 167. Hart is close to that, so hopefully they can put it together in the next 3 weeks. I hope they also travel out of region like they did last year. The performed great at Manhattan last year and it's always good for California to rep it's region in a region that is further away (Northeast, Midwest, South)... especially since those will be the regions that will be taking the at-larges this year. (because of nxn 2024)
Abbott breaking 14? Maybe. He’s kind of slower at this point of the season compared to the same point last season. If someone from J-High were to break 14, it’d be Kyle Jakary, he’s always surprising people
Or maybe Hoferer since the course does favor strength-based milers like him

Not sure about the rest of state D3 Boys, but Beyer looked really good last night at our little 4x1.5 mile relay we put on. I feel like they are looking good to unseat Oakdale the SJS D3
I don't know what Beyer has, but Oakdale's talent is young and will continue to improve throughout the season. I have no doubts in Moreno getting these guys peaking at the right time (state, not sections). If Beyer does pip them in sections like Ponderosa last year, I'll be curious to see if they can beat them at state too as Ponderosa couldn't close the deal last year (if my memory is correct). Obviously, losing Parker isn't going to help them though...

Looks like Ogilvie and Jopson weren’t even the top 7 for this meet
Jopson was their 7th man at the highest last year, though he did seem to do better in the 3200
Wouldn’t it be neat if Rich G gave other sections some attention?

He is only about So Cal.
