Wow. How do you know the inner workings of my mind so well?
Because you are both runners?
Bailey, I asked you a question on top of page 18 and again on bottom of page 19 about your theory that the falsified documents being after the 2016 election somehow matters in the case. You haven't explained it except saying "the alleged falsification took place after the election, so it could not have prevented Hillary from being elected," which true in a sense, but also totally irrelevant since no one was arguing they did. Is there any way you can elaborate on your theory about the timeline of the falsified documents? I don't see any pro-Trump legal commentators mentioning it, and I can't find anywhere that the Trump's lawyers mentioned it in the case either.
Thanks for this. I will pass along your insightful political strategy to GOP officials because it's always a good idea to do exactly what your enemy political opponents tell you to do.
Nothing would be better for America than for the Republican party to return to some semblance of principled conservatism.

The problem with that is "principled conservatism" is not what it used to be. It needs to be adapted to current trends and voter opinions, and those in charge refuse to adapt. They are headed for extinction.
Hardcore Trumpists aren't electing Trump president. It's the Evangelicals and day to day Republicans who will close their eyes and vote for him because they will accept the risk of a Trump presidency over the alternative.
Thankfully no matter what happens it's only 4 years.
How do we not have a law against convicted felons from running for office? Seems odd.
Also also....
Trump is the 'Boomer Male's Last Stand'. The country is becoming more and more diverse. Soon the white non-hispanic will be under 50% of the population.

What do you mean by principled conservatism and who is going to lead that movement in your opinion? Mike Dewine? Mike Pence, Jeb Bush? Mitt Romney? Does your conservatism include money for Ukraine? Overseas wars? Does it involve making compromises with Democrats legislatively? The days of the two parties getting along I'm afraid are over. Democrats clearly want a war, so our side should give them one, politically speaking. I could be wrong, but nobody really other than Trump is willing to do that.
The demobrats are just another version of the NAZI party. A bunch of evil, lying, socialist who are trying to destroy our country. Sleep Joe is a bigger ass than Trump. The media just covers it up. Wake up and see what is going on! Stop being sheep led to the slaughter!
Hello, Ivan.
Can you give us some specific, true examples of things Biden is doing or might do to "destroy the country"?
I mean, after 8 years of hearing this kind of sky is falling nonsense under Obama, I am a bit skeptical you see, since the sky did not fall and the country, after 8 years of Obama, was far better than it was when he was elected. Likewise today, we seem to be in pretty good shape after 3 years of Biden.

The reason is staring you in the face, happening right before our very eyes. Don't be so blind.

You guys still do not realize how badly this particular conviction is going to backfire. The prosecutors are pushing the least meaningful cases, those which appear to the biggest reaches to independents. The ones that did not cause harm to either New York or to the nation. The ones which really matter to the independent voters are the ones that are not trumped up and actually were crimes which were meaningful. Those will not be ejudicated during the campaign. So the base is riled up all summer over cases which were either unprecedented or no one was harmed by what happened. To the base it looks like weaponized justice and the independents are left shaking their heads. The liberals are fat and sassy, but also worried that Biden will make a gaffe of monumental proportions. It looks to me as if a repeat of 2016 could be possible. All of the things that got Trump elected are in play, plus a few more. Purple states to be determined by turnout, more difficult mail in voting, complacency within the Dems, anger in the base, and a certain amount of gerrymandering in purple/red states all point to a repeat of 2016. But instead of a Trump who was forced to play by the rules, you have a man emboldened by his full term and angered by his embarassing treatment in 2023/24. It is a scary prospect.

You’re a part of that demographic: older white male, declining 50% of the population. Surprised you don’t feel any sort of pessimism or worried outlook of the future for your young family.

Well said
Yes, except for the “adjudicated” typo. And so you agree with the part about Trump’s crimes in other cases having caused harm to the nation? You agree with the gerrymandering point?

I didn't say I agreed with everything that was said, but I believe that was a well thought out, and politically astute post.
Every step of Trumps criminal proceedings from subpoena to indictment to conviction have been met with Trumper predictions of how it was all going to backfire. We heard of mass protests. Civil unrest. Street shutdowns. And of course electoral backlash.
yet all of these predictions, just like Trumps predictions have been proven false. None of it ever happens.
Even electorally Trump candidates have been obliterated.
Trump is hated at a level Trumpers fail to grasp. And for good reason.
And his cult followers are all cosplay beer belly civil war warriors.

I didn't know your wife supported Trump! That's great!
