Oh I read it, most of her accolades are listed in middle distance, distance, jumps, and multis events. Unless you're counting what she did as an athlete.

Very good hire. You gotta wonder how much success they'll have in recruiting with an all female staff. I sincerely don't mean this as a dig at all. I think they have a very accomplished staff and it looks like they can turn the program around if they stay together. I just imagine it would be hard for a male athlete to walk into that visit and not have a single male to connect with. I think the same issue is with all male staffs. I feel like when it makes sense from a talent perspective having both genders on a coaching staff is a big plus.

Most of your cherry picking missed this paragraph, but what do I care...
Prior to her time at Penn State Harrisburg, Johnson-Crowder served as an assistant coach in charge of throws at Division II Wayne State for two-plus seasons. Prior to joining the WSU staff, she served as an assistant at Division III Amherst in 2018-19 after coaching throws at Division I Louisiana Tech for three seasons. She was an assistant on the Texas Pan-American (UTPA) staff for two years following a two-year stint as a volunteer assistant at Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) from 2011 to 2013.
Also: she is throws and PSU hbg passed up on a really good candidate (not me so don’t start) to hire her. there is no way the AD there did not recognize shed view this job as a stepping stone. sad for the kids there who have to endure yet another coaching change.
