Your position is literally that black people are inferior and need Affirmative Action to level the playing field because they couldn't possibly compete without help.
My position is literally not that black people are inferior.
Another straw man from the layabout who constantly has to crutch around on them.
Imagine how self involved you have to be to think every comment online is directed at you personally even if it's directed at someone else by name... lol.
Wrong dumb dumb. Asian test aces are going to be screwed even harder because admissions are going to become MORE subjective in order to guarantee diverse classes. In other words, standardized test scores will become LESS important than ever, which is a good thing.
Spending months and years, being tutored, focusing so narrowly as to score highly on ONE test taken at age 17, is not reasonable and should not be rewarded.

Are you unaware that test scores are not the only hurdle?

Why do you think test optional is a good thing? There's a reason why a lot of companies (all BB banks, for example) require them - SCOTUS banned IQ tests, but they didn't ban things that served as proxies for IQ.
On average Asians value education very highly. White less so. Native born blacks not much at all. Black immigrants value education highly and somehow manage to do much better than native born blacks.
What will losers use as an excuse when minorities get accepted over them now?
We call that fair
There have already been people in this thread saying they will still let “less qualified” (their words) blacks in over them. That’s not accepting rejection and acknowledging fairness, it’s continuing excuses.

Indeed, everyone should get a medal. Competition is so last century.
Your position is literally that you cannot compete with some Black people so you need to come up with the reasons that they are better than you
SCOTUS just shot down Biden's student loan scam. If you thought you were angry before now you're going to have to pay back your own loans on your worthless degree.
Poor guy!
President Trump. "The Art of the Deal." Two consecutive days of making losers weep and cry. If you score below 1000 on SAT, college is not for you. You need to go back to junior high school and start things over fresh. You lack basic education. You can get your sociology degree from clown college and then complain about being marginalized all you want but you did it to yourself. Democrats are just so stupid. They think just getting a degree is everything. You're not seeing the big picture. Actually, the first 12 grades of education was even more important. Fours years after that is only sharpening of knife.
Intelligence differences mainly arise from genetics and culture. IQ is around 40-60% heritable, and some cultures highly value education.
So how much did you inherit? Are your parents drawn from one of smarter or dumber peoples?
If you weren't from the dumber end of the gene pool you'd understand how bell curves work. The overwhelming majority of people are in the middle of the curve with everyone else.
Progs/Dems, against Brown vs. Board of education in 1954, against this decision in 2023. A racist part then, a racist party now. This chart says it all. For Harvard admission, if you were "Asian", as defined by demographic data collectors in the 1970s (arbitrary), and in the #1 decile, you were less likely to get admitted to Harvard than an "African American" in the 4th lowest decile. Congrats all you leftists on here and your continued support for racism.
These are good odds for white and Asian students. Their statistics are roughly the same as the overall rate of admission therefore demonstrating colleges are making extra places available for black people, but not rejecting anyone who's white or Asian.
The SFFA opinion addresses that ridiculous argument you just made. Zero-sum.
I don't know what my exact IQ is, but - via a few probing questions over multiple occasions - I do know the ~10 point range it falls between.
There have been a few studies done that show about 80% of IQ is heritable though most agree it's around 60%, and I would completely believe that based off my parents' intelligence.

This is idiotic speculation, based on idiotic and exaggerated perceptions of reality.
What will losers use as an excuse when minorities get accepted over them now?
Well this is the final death knell for the SAT, so conservative white and Asian families can complain about that now.
I remember UT Austin having a policy guaranteeing admission to anyone graduating in the top 10% of their high school (or some other low percent), which is a race-neutral policy to guarantee diversity conveniently building upon the societal and school district segregation by color we already happily foster.
