And 3.2 million for their first round game! Against Holy Cross!! Mind boggling really. If someone had said 3 years ago that a first round women's Tournament game featuring Holy Cross would get 3.2 million viewers I would have thought them entirely insane. But here we are... I hope the Holy Cross alumni donations and merch purchases spiked after that.

Well this just happened:
So for all the misogynists who insist "lets see her play against men!", the offer is now officially out there. Dont know if she'll take it though. It conflicts with the WNBA season and according to WNBA rules you cant play outside of the league during the season. If nothing its a shot across the bow to the WNBA to compensate her more fittingly than they currently do with rookies.

Poor Hailey Van Lith. I definitely thought she would have more of an impact with LSU, sliding right in where Alexis Morris had been and helping to run the show. But shes not a true point guard and she doesnt seem to fit as well with the rest of the team than I thought she would which resulted in a big hit on her numbers. She looked especially like a fish out of water last night. Mulkey forcing her to guard Clark one on one for most of that game was borderline cruel.

I agree, I thought that she and Morrow would play as well as Iowa's supporting cast, and I picked LSU to beat Iowa, but they were horrible. No chance of winning my pool so I can now root for UConn.
Mulkey stated that she hopes Van Lith returns.
