Seattle,
https://imgur.com/a/am3gYDNBeing a DIY guy, thought you might have an interest in this. I am using a ladder stabilizer and anchoring the ladder to the house using eye screws and ratchet straps. Requires a little more time to set up, but the ladder will not rotate or slip out undef me. The painting will be straight forward with a sprayer on the siding and brush the trim.
Front of the house is finished, which was actually more potentially hazardous and time consuming.

i always flip out about violating the weather proofing, you know, by going through the cladding or shingle and straight into the wall cavity. That's why screws or eyebolts make me nervous.
Do you pull the eyebolts out when done? Leave them for future use (i doubt that)?
Looks like a good system. And even better paint job.
I just landed a fair amount of freshly cut Alder rounds and getting those debarked, re-sawing to usable chunks, and prepared for stacking so they can dry for a couple of years. The debarking is a lot of work.
Also trying to up my running mileage as i fear i may be getting a little slower, and my mileage is looking pathetic these days.
Just remember to caulk them up every few years
