He was granted work authorization by the Biden administration in January 2024 and has a Commercial Driver’s License issued by the state of PA. Someone was could not complete a degree in the number of years allowed. Failed to get a degree. He was termed out.
NOTE: In college we had such a person. His last name was Dillon. We called him Still-In. He managed to hang on for 8 years by changing his degree and "catching up" on the required classes for the first two years. The university had enough of him and ended his charade the year I graduated. He showed up in the commencement book as "Other."
