Why so much focus on African runners? Clearly the biggest dopers are in Eastern Europe. Almost every Russian who medals is clearly a doper. You can say the same for Ukraine, Belarus, Romania etc
The last I recall, the US, UK, Spain, Turkey, Jamaica, Grenada, Canada, Australia, China, Trinidad, and Holland are not part of Eastern Europe.
