No, it was. He was the only guy on the leader board sub 15:00 from 25K to 30K. Only problem was that from 30K to 35K Mutai drops a 14:11 and Hall didn't get under 15:00. I guess he didn't get the memo 25 - 30 was recovery 5K and hammer it at 30!
