Fred obviously lacks a basic understanding of the Fifth Amendment, which gives the cops the right to take private property for public use. That is exactly what happened when they deprived him of access to his car while it was parked at a crime scene. Although he would have the right to just compensation after the fact, he had no right to interfere with their investigation.

Not so.
"No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."
It is part of the Bill of Rights, which codify our rights as citizens. Not a Bill of Rights for the cops

“Let me explain something too you my young stupid friend the second you are on a YouTube video getting the crap kicked out of you by the police that you are fighting and resisting YOU ARE WRONG and you did something not good that put you in that predicament“
That sounds like a Good-Old-Boy defeatist attitude (slave subservient mentality actually) We need to stand up for ourselves and each other when the police and authorities abuse their power. Sure there are more constructive ways to do it when it happens in context, but just to be an obsequious compliant lap dog every time your ordered around by some inflated Cop who thinks he belongs to the ‘Pretorian Guard’ is asinine and self-defeating. If you’re a Black Man in this country - specifically a financially and physically successful Black Man, the next four years are going to be especially tenuous under a Trump administration where he attracts White Supremest attitudes and ideologies that definitely filter down directly into law enforcement. They are all tuned up to fight the next big Black guy that comes along that doesn’t immediately do exactly what they say like some drugged poodle. If we don’t take a stand together against this kind of hyper intense demonization of the Black Community then it will only continue to get worse. Your ass kissing roll over strategy will end up just getting more people killed and the empowering those machismo morons to continue their belligerent behavior. Obviously not all officers have that kind of agenda. There are a lot of really good people out there 99% of them are good cops and they care about the public and their safety but there are some out there that are complete total idiots and need to be removed from the force immediately they have no business being in law-enforcement, picking fights with people and trying to Manipulate the public into control scenarios of total compliance, never questioning their actions.

Moe and Larry should have been there to help Kerley understand that what he was doing was wrong.
I guess I haven't watched reality crime too much. I just watched it again and couldn't stop laughing. She was also yelling "He's an Olympic athlete". I guess that makes him above the law and he can cross police boundaries, shove cops and act like a piece of crap gangbanger and get away with it LOL!
Ever watch the reality crime shows? That's common, the perps and bystanders just yell the same thing over and over..
Ever watch the plethora of videos online where cops violated the rights of citizens? Maybe widen your view and not just assume the bend over perspective?
