Cranny wasn’t losing tonight. Schumacher went deep in his bag of tricks and stationed McGorty in the infield during the race wearing an NC State t-shirt. Cranny was able to run the entire race on pure hate.
Aren't there something like 8 athletes qualified through cross country rankings? So she's actually ranked 23+8=31st? Would suck if so, since she is more deserving than a lot of those xc athletes...
