first, you pick your candidate. Then you align your positions according to what that candidate thinks.

this is endlessy true. People don't care what Trump says or does - they trust him because he thinks along the same lines as they do.

The Washington Post reports the same facts as everyone else. Their analysis of the facts is biased. They use loaded words, stereotypes and headlines to appeal to leftists like you. You can not tell the difference between a fact and an opinion. You used one of the stereotypes right in your post: "Breitbart, the Blaze, your alt-right-Nazi publications of choice."

If you read carefully, the headlines of the written articles are usually design to appeal to dumb readers who can not read or comprehend the nuanced article. You then come here presenting the exaggerated headline as some sort of fact.

Can you find in your little puny brain the possibility that people may not interpret everything the same way you do and: not be a Russian troll, a racist, anti-women, a baby killer, anti-science and all the other crazy things you can think of?

If you can't tell a difference between how the two approach decision making then you aren't doing your duty as a citizen of staying informed so that are democracy reflects an informed electorate.

Unfortunately, most of the electorate is uninformed. Trump's character and intellect is far more representative of the average American than Obama's.
