The Judge kicked the lead prosecutor off the case, and told the DA she was unprofessional and that he didn't think much of her judgment or credibility, AND he wants to put a gag order on her. She can't go near this case again because of the Judge's comments. This was the best outcome for Trump, and you and NonYonker are just too dumb to see it.
