I can share my file with the extracted outline of the GPS thumbnail this afternoon (not at my laptop).
I think it'd be nice to make a real clean updated version of this with the thumbnail evidence that IMO really pins down his location at 8:19AM.

Which is the more impressive running feat to you:
A) Run 100 miles in 24 hours.
B) Run 1 mile in 3:50:00.
The times could vary bu you get the picture. My gut says "A" will be the overwhelming top pick.

There's lots of observational reality in that statement.
Most, if not all, the kids on the college cross-country team should be able to beat me in 10,000 metres (these days, I doubt I could get below 40 - 41). In years gone by, I've only ever had a handful who could hang-in or beat me over 30,000m. To-date, there has not been one who has made it to 50,000m

A lot of non-elite ultrarunners can run 100 miles in 24 hours - I'm thinking flat loop course. Breaking 4:00 in the mile takes much more than training, i.e., genetics.
I pick 'B', by far.
I like to record all my runs in Centimeters instead of a Meters. Is it wrong if i don't tell people up front when I quote my fastest times?

Just asked my non-runner officemate. He said B is more impressive, because "old people can probably do the 100 mile but not the 1 mile".
