I sold my FB in September. I don’t recall if I ever thanked Igy for that one, but his “recommendation” 2.5 years prior netted me a profit of 72%. That guy is money!

i've got a miniscule amount of FB, not enough to really care about one way or the other. It's up 33% for me. Not about to buy more.

As for it being addicting around election time, i don't think that was so much the case this time around. Last election definitely so. And so much so, after it was over I realized how manipulative it was and pretty much never went back in any meaningful way. This election i checked it maybe twice a week and to my surprise, I found none of the fake news fueled fighting i saw last election. It was tame,

Yeah and I own a lot of them. Got some Barrick and some Newmont a week ago, to add to the gdx and gdxj.

They worry me though, because their mgmt is sometimes questionable. “Fundamentals” look great.

Keep in mind that valuation is typically accepted to be the P/E ratio. The “E” is earnings which are 12-month forward estimates. Therefore a quantitative regression analysis contests the veracity of the importance of the subject at hand. I am confident any rational thinker would concur.

Some very large 1 year returns right now...bullish or bearish? Probably bullish. Buying at 52 week highs is actually a pretty good long term strategy.
