The Hypocrisy Meter broke to pieces a LONG time ago, but if it were still intact, it would be interested to consider Trump's complaints about one country interfering in the internal affairs of another. Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela, Argentina, NATO........
It is sort of a Freudian slip for Trump to admit that a Canadian TV ad will influence how SCOTUS rules on his insane tariff national emergency declarations.
Kinda lets you know that he regularly is on his phone trying to influence them with words. Or with Twoof social posts.
Above all, it's absurd for him to think that the SCOTUS majority is going to let a Canadian provincial TV ad talk them out of allowing Trump to be a king.
"Our analysis of precedent shows great deference to the executive in its monetary policy including in assessment of enormous taxes on goods. As explained above, we are inclined to rule for the respondent. The record before us, however, was somehow recently supplemented with social media videos out of Canada, and now we don't know what the fvck to . . . "
Cartels won't be able to continue their ways any more. Trump has saved over 200 million Americans from fentanyl (they caught that much fentanyl) and will continue to save more.
The $20 billion (greenbacks) in welfare to Argentina should quicky get the fent supply back up to previous equilibrium. Trump isn't ruining anyone's weekend.
Venezuela doesn't traffic fentanyl. It's mostly cocaine and even then they pale in comparison to what we get from Columbia. Highest estimates could pin around 2% of total drug deaths in the US on Venezuela. None of this has anything to do with drug deaths or he would be going after higher value targets.
That's good, but on the OTHER side of the ledger we have the dreaded, "Average American's knowledge of things."

....I mean, if you can't pull off a glance at a map to learn, "Venezuela not Boston Whaler close," you think that they're going to bone up on drug supply statistics?

Is this Venezuela thing gonna be like Canada and Mexico?
Maduro flatters Trump and makes him feel like a winner so he orders all the military ships back to the Mediterranean?
The president has ordered murders. This is an obvious high crime. A serious country would impeach, remove and jail this authoritarian American hater before he expands his list of 'terrorists' needing killing. We know he will expand that list that's what dictators do. You shrug and say 'eh who cares about that guy they killed' and then he's coming after you.
Impeach. Convict.

A broad range of specialists in laws governing the use of lethal force have called Mr. Trump’s orders to the military patently illegal. They say the premeditated extrajudicial killings have been murders — regardless of whether the 43 people blown apart, burned alive or drowned in 10 strikes so far were indeed running drugs.
I was neither a JAG nor a targeting expert when I was in the military, but I know enough about the (quaint, old) targeting process to know that the JAGs had a very prominent seat(s) at the table.
I honestly now wonder if they're even invited to the meetings? And if they are, are they allowed to speak? And if they are, do they dare?

Q: Would the administration consider putting troops on the ground in any capacity in Venezuela? STEPHEN MILLER: These are terrorists and they're gonna be killed

Sample Great Country Chronology:
1) Fascist Trumpers sit around one night brainstorming on how to be murderous imperialists?
2) Suggestion: We'll just call everyone terrorists?
Trump in the White House discusts me as much as did the Cuban missile crisis and the Vietnam war. He's even making Obama's and Biden's terms look less a disaster.

You must have missed it. Kegseth fired the top JAG officers in February. They were too woke. Pretty sure Laura Loomer has stepped in to fill that void.
