I think much of the conspiracy charge will depend on the government showing that the Trump Tower meeting was actually illegal. I’m not convinced yet that it was illegal. It’s suspect for sure, hence all the lying about it, but I don’t think the players even understood the legality of it as it was happening. There needs to be deeper links going months and months or even years back. Time will tell.

,mostly agreed the collusion stuff is unlikely to go very far, unless there is some smoking gun. Conspiracy against the US and election campaign finance …ok next.
obstruction, witness tampering and perjury are in the middle. They are impeachable, certainly, and could get traction if trump's answers to mueller were clear lies. If, say, trump denied knowing about the trump tower meeting...but then the call jr made to a blocked number was Sr's phone.
but in the end it's the financial crimes trump and his family and organization have been committing for decades and generations that will bring him behind bars. As they should. Everything trump touches is a fraudulent, criminal enterprise. The civil penalties will be immense and bankrupt trumps. Criminal is harder because of the statute of limitations.
So, what do you believe the conspiracy will be for then (kind of what is meant by 'collusion')?
The financial crimes are for sure going to bring him down, but money is just the reason Trump commits crimes of all kinds...fraud, and for what he will be most famously known for...conspiracy with Russia to win an election. It's all based on him trying to make money.
He is in big big trouble.
