Happy 2026 everybody.
Last year kicked my butt tbh.
I wrapped up 2025 in early December, when I visited a wooded trail that I used to run over 20 years ago. Got a half mile in, lost control of my balance & orientation, and slammed to the ground. Hard. Couldn't run for a while after that. And my ribs, hand, and shoulder hurt for a month. Beat up old man heals slowly, ha.
Now, it's time for the good old New Year's resolutions ... I'll give you all one guess on my goals for this year.
I got started today. Very out of shape and unusually painful. The big workout:
2 minute jog. Stretch. 2 minutes jog. 80 meter limp to car.
Sub-60 and sub-6 are right around the corner. Watch this ...
