Salazar 2 for sure (Rupp and Ritz).

Jerry 2 for sure (Derrick and Shalane).

Salazar's other two (Erdmann and Hasay) have to chase standards if they are going to Worlds.

Although, as for placing, you could say Salazar 4, Jerry 2.

I know Rupp is better than Ritz...but Ritz always has the fire in his eyes...for 15 years plus....a pleasure to watch....and I believe deep down Ritz thinks he will eventually catch and psss Rupp...Ritz is a believier....and how I am!

I feel bad for doubting ritz too - what a fighter than man is. He truly loves to run.

Bravo to usatf and runnerspace - great stream, pro announcers. Lets hope there is more of this kind of thing.

I enjoyed it too. One problem I always see with webcasts is they follow the winner from behind as he walks around after the race. I wish someone in the business would call for a different camera angle from the front for us to catch a glimpse of those out of the top 3. Better yet, how about actually specifically follow more finishers! Obviously in the 10k, there was a point where guys were lapped (some appeared to have been lapped twice?), but we could have at least the top 10.

Reopening the stadium in 10 minutes, weather has passed, scheduled runners up will have 15 minutes for warm up prior to the meet re-starting.
