I don't think she ran freshman year

Not a spectacular showing...Burdick off the back. Miller (31:30s 10k) well back, and Kurvach also behind. No Lowe.
Definitely a top 7 or 8 team, but no threat for nationals.
What are you smokin a top 7 or 8 team. If you compare the results to Fredonia (who is ranked 7th) there 1st man doesn't beat fredonia's 5th man. Ithaca the team in 8th is no slouch either though there really any results yet for them. They are going to have to do better than the pathetic performance of a race they had if they want to come 5th, but based on there performance they will never beat the likes of plattsburg either.
Yes she did;
2005 at Oswego (42nd),
2006 at Geneseo (57th),
2007 and 2008 competed the whole season for Brockport and 2009 (yesterday) at Brockport meet.

Early season rankings don't mean jack. I have no idea what the course is like at Cobleskill, do you?
I don't think they're much better than 6th in the region this year, but you can't say Fredonia would put 5 in front of them when they haven't raced each other, or any of the same teams.

But Mesi missed a season at geneseo I guess? She should have a big impact for Brockport this year.
I think we might have been posting near the same time, so just reposting to point out that she has run in 4 separate seasons. Two at Geneseo and two at Brockport.
The Cobleskill course was 5.2 miles.

Lying won't make your team better.

Y'know, there *is* a "Report Post" button, and it frequently gets results...
anyone know about Dan Siriani from Buff state? He's not in the results from Brockport.
The cobleskill course was obviously very hard, Chris Burke of Delhi is a 15 min 5k runner and rit put 4 in front of him. Looks to me like RIT is better than fredonia by quite a bit.
Burke's PR is a 15:19. Jason Phillips who finished 23 seconds behind his teammate is a 16:20s 5ker. I'd say it's much more likely Burke had a bad day than Phillips had a great day and no, looking at the women's results the course wasn't that slow.
um.... mesi really didnt run XC for geneseo due to injury..look it up....
ignorant and uncalled for.. and not true...
The Cobleskill course isn't particularly hard. There is 1 hill that is repeated twice. The guys course is however, a 5.2 mile course. The girl's course is a real 5k.
That said, early season meets are relatively meaningless.

Hamilton 6k results (no Kosgei)

I don't know what their 6k course is like, but their 8k course is relatively slow. Though nothing that will challenge for top 5, the times are decent.
nevenmind looked at the cobbleskill's website they say its a 5.2 mile course but why in the hell call it 8k on the results.
