The teams yes. The individuals, well Manny Pits has never done well at track, mechura has been beating 2023 #12(Sam Scott) all season so I think he will do well.

Putz has never done well at track?
He just won the 3200, 1600, and 4x800 at the Wisconsin state meet. Not many people have won that many events at the same state track meet the same year.

Juan Gonzalez took 3rd at NXR last year behind Mechura and Putz. He also took 10th at Footlocker nationals. We could possibly see 3 Heartland guys (Putz, Mechura, Gonzalez) in the top 10 just like in 2022 (Breker, Heidesch, Birnbaum)

Like someone mentioned, Broen Holman. There was a runnersworld article about him back in the day.

And how about Landon Pretre? He was injured at the end of last fall, and ran an 8:48 at Arcadia.
