First of all, Israel is going to kill embryonic Islamic terrorist as well as established ones, so I don't think they care about your highly speculate theory that "it'll create thousands of new future terrorists." They are going after everyone.
Second of all, that's a logic fail. Did killing the beloved Bin Laden or Al Qaeda or ISIS or bombing Afghanistan or Iraq to bits create more Islamic terrorists? We have barely heard from Islamic terrorists in the US for over 20 years -- I think we killed 90% of them and scared the rest back to the sh!tholes from whence they came. More = less.
