Here is one of two motions to dismiss Comey filed today. I'm sure selective and vindictive prosecution are difficult defenses to prove, but it looks like Comey has a pretty compelling case here. Trump has been spazzing on the guy for years (CDS), and everything surrounding his inadvertent public order to Bondo to hire Hanrahan and charge Comey with something fast -- against the conclusions of every other prosecutor who looked at it -- is pretty damning for the prosecution.
The motion is also interesting for its discussion (see pages 14-16) of the needlessly misleading and false allegations in the thread-bare Indictment, that we've discussed in this thread. Hanrahans really biffed things, and it may come back to hurt her. They really should have sent her to some basic criminal law classes before she started working on this. I guess they ran out of time.

President Trump is quite literally the smartest man alive. possibly you could come up with some physicist that could squeak out a higher iq, but that guy like Musk/Gates/Bezos and others could never be President of the United States.
And one more thing. As a relatively young, unmarried man, why should my taxes go to a ton of bullsh!t? Why do I have to pay for public schools when I’m not currently using them, and outside of a handful of test-into public schools (the ones by me are terrible), that I’d never use? Why do I have to pay for libraries when I don’t use them? Why do I get basically no tax exemptions and pay through the nose? My marginal rate is 35% and I feel like it should be much lower

Every person gets at least a basic education that allows them to read street signs, instructions, work manuals, do basic math. Companies can hire anyone and expect a basic level of education / competence. Without education, many would be virtually unemployable and the country would rapidly become a 2nd, then 3rd world country like all others who do not educate their populace.
Libraries: thanks for your honesty. It is clear you have never used one. Again an accessible repository of knowledge is a hallmark of 1st world countries.
Even if your rate is 35%, your effective tax rate is certainly lower. The standard deduction is much larger than most people can itemize now, so you ARE getting exemptions. Most 1st world countries pay more taxes. It is why there is a massive deficit.
