Here is the 11th Circuit Order. And before the usual gang of idiots starts claiming conspiracy, fraud, bias, etc., the Judges are:
William Pryor - appointed by Bush Jr., and was on Trump's shortlist to replace Scalia
Britt Grant - appointed by Trump
Andrew Brasher - appointed by Trump
This is a total smackdown of Trump's arguments and the district court judge. It also highlights again how bad Trump's lawyers are - the court mocks their nonresponsive and irrelevant arguments: "All these arguments are a sideshow."
And it looks like the entire case filed by Trump is dismissed. Gone. "REMAND with instructions for the district court to DISMISS the underlying civil action."
Yes, and it points out that his frequent complaint about the politics of Democratic judges and Democratic family members of prosecutors is just cynical BS he expects his followers to swallow. Even judges appointed by Trump regularly rule against him in his multiple frivolous lawsuits. He keeps complaining that the 2020 election hasn't been overturned because no one has the courage to look into it. He has the benefit of many lawyers and has amassed millions of dollars, and he isn't really looking into it. He knows it would be money wasted, and the few attorneys working for him who tried proved that.
Oopsie! Trump lawyers just found some more classified documents in a 'storage unit' in Florida. Hmmmm. And trump had been keeping a low profile, trying to play dead and hoping to avoid prosecution. Sadly criminal.

FBI got those nuclear secrets they say Trump stole secured yet?
Since Trump and his legal team cannot seem to give complete or honest answer about documents, DOJ needs to get another warrant. Search more of trump locations, hidy-holes, cavities...

The FBI never said the classified documents found at Trump's compound contained nuclear secrets. Who told you that? They misled you.
But you'll be glad to know that all the classified documents at Trump's compound are secured as required by law and common sense. The appropriate intelligence agencies have been notified of the documents and they are doing a damage assessment. So, you can be happy about that, if you are an American.
is Ghost of Disco the only one still left fighting the hard fight for his hero Trump and his theft?
Nothing was stolen. Stop swallowing everything the media feeds you.
Take the big fat "L" here.
He took things that didn't belong to him. And the owner of said things requested the return of those things multiple times and everything still wasn't returned. And finally when someone else had to intervene to get the things back, turned out they were moved and the containers that stored some of the things were now empty.
Doesn't help that these things were top secret documents. Kept in the same location that regularly entertains guests that Trump has no idea about: either who they are or what they do/have done.
Classified documents in a fvcking storage unit? After all this time and lies about compliance? WTF is wrong with this guy? He doesn't seem to give a rip about anyone or anything.
At a minimum, let's hope a court orders him to reimburse the taxpayer for every dime spent chasing all this down. It should never have happened. What a jagoff Trump is.
Two documents with classified markings were found in a Florida storage unit during a search by a team hired by former President Donald Trump's lawyers, a person familiar with the situation told CNN.

Judge Cannon took her time dismissing this, but the Trump case is officially dead for lack of jurisdiction. Cannon must have been out of her mind allowing it to proceed - everyone in America who was subject to a search warrant would just start filing cases and motions claiming they were innocent and the property was theirs.
I suppose it should be chalked up to Judge Cannon wanting to look like she was holding the government's feet to the fire in a very public case. She had to know this was legally erroneous. As the 11th Circuit said "The law is clear. We cannot write a rule that allows any subject of a search warrant to block government investigations after the execution of the warrant. Not can we write a rule that allows only former president to do so."
ORDER DISMISSING CASE. This case is dismissed for lack of Jurisdiction. The Clerk of Court shall close this case. Motions terminated: 192 MOTION for Access to Unredacted Search Warrant Affidavit filed by Gray Media Group, Inc...
She bought time for the guy who appointed her. That's about it. She was willing to take the L, and to have every legal expert proclaim that she was dead wrong all along, just to buy a few months for her boy.
If I recall correctly, in some of Trump's legal filings related to the special master, he basically admitted to knowingly taking the docs. Admitted to crime. This should also make the obstruction of justice charges easier to stick. And now that trump co has been found guilty by a jury on all those civil charges, the prosecutors might be encouraged to file charges knowing that a jury can convict if the evidence is clear.

Maybe. I hate to be that cynical about federal judges and believe the large majority are trying to get it right and be impartial.
Her decisions were certainly ridiculous and she got smacked down pretty hard for them.

He's admitted it on social media and in public statements. His lawyers must be banging their heads against the wall every time he mentions the issue.
If this proceeds to charges, the government will have no problem showing intent, to the extent that is even necessary.

I agree in general regarding the majority of federal judges.
There was some speculation at the time that Judge Cannon was have been looking to curry favor should Trump or a Trumpy successor get back in the Oval Office.
A plausible and more benign rational is she was in good faith giving every benefit of the doubt to the Trump team because of enormity of the potential prosecution of a former President. She basically said as much in the decision to appoint a special master.
Of the various cases involving Trump this one seems like it ought to be the easiest to prosecute and is difficult ignore given the repeated failures to return materials. My bet would be that formal charges are brought and then Biden, ala Gerald Ford, issues a pardon to avoid the spectacle of a trial and the consequences from a likely conviction.
I'm the arbiter of whether an agreement has been executed with Carmine. It has. He boldly and without any qualification predicted that Wiesselberg will not be going to jail, prison or any type of incarceration. He has maintained the prediction, without waiver. I proposed an agreement whereby Carmine would self-ban if Weisselberg were to be incarcerated. Carmine doubled-down on his prediction, thereby tacitly agreeing to the proposed agreement/wager. He can't back out now, even with your squawking from the crack factory.
It's a done deal. We honor our agreements in America. It's what separates us from lesser countries. Carmine is fine with the deal. He believes in his prediction with fervent intensity. Ask him, if you don't believe me. Ask Carmine whether Weisselberg will ever spend time behind bars. He'll tell you.
Actually, in order for me to be beholden to an agreement I must agree to it.
Tough concept eh?
Weisselberg ain't going to jail. Bank on it.
When he doesn't, what do you pledge to do?
Yet again, LRC's most useless troll was WRONG.
And a few posts down from the one above - page 188, post #2353 - he was WRONG about Rick Singer (college admission scheme) going to prison too. ("Singer ain't gong to jail.").
He also was bone wrong on Fried Bankman too.
Is this clown Carmine/Newmine ever correct about anything?

The FBI is currently raiding Biden's Delaware beach home. Chime in libs...
The Department of Justice is investigating the discovery of classified records found at private locations tied to both President Joe Biden and Donald Trump.
I'm by definition of this forum a woke lib, and I have no problem with the FBI going through anything owned or occupied by Biden. And if they find stuff, I hope he is prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Maybe you could use a little help with the definition of "raiding"?
From the article: The planned, consensual visit is the first publicly known time the FBI conducted a search of the Rehoboth residence. Agents did not obtain a warrant for the search.
And Trump's home wasn't really raided either, A lawfully attained search warrant was executed there.
Nobody is coming in the windows, using flash grenades or night-vision goggles or breaking down doors.
