If someone had told you only a few years ago that such a tweet would come from the POTUS there is no way you would have believed them.
Great. Trump is a fighter. Tillerson criticized him and then got that tweet in return.
Future presidents will do the same. Trump is just the first to take advantage of the plarform.
A fighter? Old Bone Spurs is a fighter?!? Ahem . . . ayaw!
What Bone Spurs is is a maladjusted 12 year-old child. And no, I do not think that we will have a whole lot of additional 12 year-old Presidents in the future.

Have you seen Obama sink 3 point shots from the corner?

As I stated earlier, Obama can't throw a baseball. I am aware he played basketball while growing up.

LOOK! SQUIRREL!!!!!!!!!
From Mueller's sentencing memo:
The defendant’s false statements obscured the fact that the Moscow Project was a lucrative business opportunity that sought, and likely required, the assistance of the Russian government. If the project was completed, the Company could have received hundreds of millions of dollars from Russian sources in licensing fees and other revenues. The fact that Cohen continued to work on the project and discuss it with Individual 1 well into the campaign was material to the ongoing congressional and SCO investigations, particularly because it occurred at a time of sustained efforts by the Russian government to interfere with the U.S. presidential election. Similarly, it was material that Cohen, during the campaign, had a substantive telephone call about the project with an assistant to the press secretary for the President of Russia. He's connecting the dots...

Trump said during July 2016: “I will tell you this, Russia: If you’re listening, I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing. I think you will probably be rewarded mightily by our press*.”
*press being a code word that Trump will reward them if they get him elected.

Flagpole is getting nervous as the months tick away. Now it'll be, well it might be 2 more years, but they'll get him! LOL!
Look at his posts from last April, hilarious! The biggest I told you so in Letsrun history, NOT!

tick, tick, tick, tick, >>>nope;) Politics aren't your thing. If they were, Obama and the Clintons would have been arrested. You can connect the dots on that one old man.

And yet still, Obama is claiming credit for the economy. So bad can it be, huh?
Trump wins, Trump wins again.
Neither Obama no Trump gets credit for the economy. Normal cycle following that horrible recession...one that also was NOT caused by anyone in particular ALTHOUGH Bill Clinton did have a hand in helping cause the housing crisis.
Wrong - Trump will get credit for helping overheat the economy with his tax cuts, unnecessarily injecting longer term fragility in the system with his bigly spending bill, and coming with wacked out tariff ideas to help slow growth at home and abroad. There are direct economic consequences connected with every president elected. Obama and Bush get credit for following through on using their executive powers in a strong response to stimulate the economy. Sure, that can all be brushed off as a given, but keep in mind we have a sitting president going out of his way to sabotage the economy - if you think he would do the same those two did in hard times think again.

I am by no means a fan of Trump, as anyone on this thread knows. But what would you have had him do about it?
For one thing, as soon as Don Jr. got that e-mail saying that Russia wanted to help his father win and that they had dirt on Hillary they wanted to share, he should have gone to the FBI right then and there. The Orange One knew about that meeting...Mueller will show that.
And proving he knew won’t be nearly as fun to see as Trump immediately fvxking himself by lying about it when faced with evidence.

Trump lying is inevitable.
What you are describing with Trump is BLAME. I agree that Obama especially gets SOME credit for doing the right things with regard to the economy when he was in office, but no one President deserves all the credit or all the blame...the economy is too big for even the President of the US to have a lasting or very large effect.

You pick TODAY to say you think I'm getting nervous? First of all, I don't get nervous about predictions I make...that's for people who give a damn what people they've never met on the internet think of them. Second of all, it is clearer today than ever that what I have been saying about Trump is true. Oh...and the biggest I Told You So in the history of Letsrun is still coming from me to all of you Trumpers. It will be brief and I will mention it just one time UNLESS I AM CHALLENGED, and I won't mention names because I am righteous yet kind.
Mueller is coming.
The clown is done.
With today's filings, the SDNY has stated that Trump has indeed committed FELONY Campaign Finance Law violation. Two felonies at that.
If he were not the President right now, Trump would have been indicted along with Cohen.
Nice.
Trumpers...got anything to say?

Funny, I see that Zerohedge cartoon as a depiction of Trump bringing in his cronies to make the swamp even swampier.
Tweetybird: "No Collusion!!!!!"
He's probably right. There is no crime of collusion to commit.
However, the basis of conspiracy to commit election fraud, money laundering and a few other significant felonies appear to be on the table. Why address the obvious when you can distract your minions with a claim which doesn't really matter.
However the Trump boob base will go along with his tweets just as Fox News felt it imperative to focus on a Climate Change discussion after two pretty big pieces of news in the Special Counsel investigation were released yesterday.

But Hillary!!! Deflection, brother. If you believe she has gotten away with something, go hire a lawyer and have at it. I HAVE been saying the same thing for over a year, and that just shows that I was prescient, because it is all coming true.
What Hillary has ever done or not done has no bearing on what Trump has done.
As a liberal and yet a patriot (they are not mutually exclusive) it was a shame that yesterday (Pear Harbor Day) didn't get the same attention as it has every December 7 since I have been alive. Thank the felonious Donald Trump for that.
