1. Why does he require somebody else to explain the rationale clearly?
2. The constitution describes how the presidential election takes place. That process involves electors. Parties get to determine how they nominate candidates. You see that party process unfold with delegates, not electors. Delegates can be re-committed to different candidates other than the ones they cast votes for in primaries. That is not strictly governed by the constitution.
He doesn't.
People who are so infested with TDS they can't look at the man without flying into a disgusted rage simply can't understand anything he says because their brains have been destroyed.
Technically the electors could pick whoever they want and ignore the will of the people but that's not how American elections have been run 200+ years.
We're trying to understand what was "unconstitutional" about Kamala's nomination as Trump claimed. Hint, the answer is nothing. So, does the mentally declined orange man not know what the word "unconsitutional" means? Or is he a lying piece of garbage?

Maybe point out why some thought it was unconstitutional and then say why they were wrong. Can you do that?
Looks like trump will lose another portion of the 'boys scared of girls' demo
what a bunch of psychos. On both sides.
Podcaster and comedian Joe Rogan is backing independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. this election cycle, disappointing Trump supporters who expected him to endorse the former president.
Letsrun Trumpers are flailing badly here, much like their cult leader. Did any M*GA members actually watch Trump's press conference yesterday, not just the Fox News recap? Seriously. If you watched it and think he's fit for the office of presidency, you're beyond help. Trump is old, feeble, and losing his mind. "Elon has endorsed me full throated." HAHAHAHA. And that was just one example of his idiocy on full display yesterday.
Trump's entire campaign is based on fear and middle of the road Americans have grown tired of his schtick. On top of it he picked the worst possible VP pick in history. The implosion on the right is something to behold. If Harris/Walz just focus on having bigger crowds, the self-destruction by Trump will be epic. The narcissist/sociopath meltdown, exacerbated by his decreased mental capacity, is happening in real time.

The only person claiming it was "unconstitutional" is the delusional orange man. Here's what he said:
“[T]he fact that you can get no votes, lose in the primary system -- in other words, you had 14 or 15 people, she was the first one out -- and that you can then be picked to run for president. It seems, seems to me actually unconstitutional.”
1) He seems confused about the difference between the 2020 primary and the 2024 primary. Does the delusional orange man even know what year it is?
2) The Constitution says precisely ZERO on the party nomination process. Ergo, Kamala's nomination is not unconstitutional.
I answered your question. Now you should answer mine: is Trump f*cking retarded or just a lying piece of sh*t?

many people seem to think the political parties are government organizations that have to follow 'one man-one vote rules' and have elections like we have to elect government.
trump seems to believe that is the case. Because he knows so little about how government works.
I think that's what Trump is getting at. But he's a moran. Political parties have no such responsibility. It certainly isn't in the Constitution.

Cannot run for president per the Constitution: Those who engage in insurrection or rebellion (includes fake electors to steal electoral college votes), or those gave aid or comfort to the country’s enemies (Vlad, Saudi's [9/11], Kim). Trump wins both of "those", multiple times each.
The difference is Walz supports and ideologically agrees with the leftist Minneapolis city council and Trump opposes BLM like all decent people do.
It's not the US president's job or place to control city and state problems.
The dumbest, most toothless hillbilly in the poorest holler in the country has more common sense than you do.
Aren't you that guy who lies about Trump's trials? It is you! You're still here? WTF? Bud, no one, and I mean NO ONE, in this thread believes anything you post. Your credibility has been destroyed. You may as well post about fake helicopter rides from now on, because no one believes anything you say.
I think it was your Post # 3835 on page 192 that was your downfall. You stupidly posted a demonstrable falsehood and lie. You posted: "The jury was incorrectly instructed that Cohen being guilty of a crime meant Trump was guilty of the same crime."
That was a lie. You posted a lie. You came in here and deliberately lied and provided false information to the MAG@s. They don't trust you anymore. Nobody does. Every time you post, people remember you as the guy who lies all the time. You made your bed. Now you have to lie in it.
Please bear in mind that one of the mental diseases your cult has is considering any and all facts which conflict with cult dogma as "lies".
The bias of the judge was on full display throughout the trial.
The case will be thrown out and you will be stunned because you live in a bubble of leftist delusion.
Maybe point out why some thought it was unconstitutional and then say why they were wrong. Can you do that?

Trump sits and listens to right wing talking points then does his best to regurgitate their arguments. He never goes deep dive on any of this stuff. He doesn't do much thinking on the Constitution.
The right wing "unconstitutional" talking point is bunk to begin with. Then when Trump gets a hold of it he only makes it more hilariously bad.

Notice how he never addresses his lie. He diverts to something else and calls names. And of course, everyone is in a bubble except him. He is enlightened.

You've never heard anything that wasn't a left wing talking point.
Tell us more about how Joe Biden and Kamala f*cking Harris are deep thinkers.
Trump didn't get 0 votes in the primary. Kamala did.
I didn't say Trump got 0 votes in the primary. I said he was simply anointed and that no one in the country actually likes him.
Tell me again why Trump claimed Kamala's nomination was unconstitutional when it wasn't. Is it because he's stupid and doesn't understand the basics of the Constitution or because he's a lying piece of filth?
The huge difference between now and the Harris' primary run, is that people absolutely HATE Trump and are celebrating his pending loss in the election.
Do you now know why people are so excited and happy? Trump is going to lose.
Because you're stupid and addled with TDS you can't comprehend that half the country disagrees with you.
If your cult told you to love Trump you would wake up tomorrow loving Trump.
I along with tens of millions of other Americans oppose the Democrats because their policies are hot dogsh*t and Trump has nothing to do with it.
You really have no idea how hated Trump is? Everyone saw him sit on his ass doing nothing when the capital was attacked except adding to the anger of the stop the steal cult. People are increasingly tired of the Don the Con act and craziness.
Yes many don't like democratic policies but they HATE Trump. Don't you remember the celebrations across the country when Trump lost?
You are oblivious to reality if you think Trump hatred and love of country are not factors in Harris support.

You people the border is secure and crime is down because your cult tells you to.
Why are you pretending there's any evidence in the world that will move you off of your cult position??

Democrats burned American cities to the ground every day all summer in 2020 and your politicians cheered the rioters on.
Your candidate helped bail the animals out of jail so they could get back out their and continue murdering dozens of people and doing billions in damage.
You attacked the White House in 2020 to the point the president had to be evacuated by the secret service and the media and Democrat response was "haha the orange coward ran away".
F*ck you and you fake outrage.
You leftist don't even like the country let alone love it. You think the American flag is a hate symbol.
A MAJORITY of Democrats would not defend the country if it was invaded by a foreign enemy.
"Americans are ready to put a chokehold on Russia's key financial lifeblood, oil, no matter what the consequences are at the pump," said Quinnipiac University Polling Analyst Tim Malloy.
8. If you were in the same position as Ukrainians are now, do you think that you would stay and fight or leave the country?
52% of Democrats admit they would flee the country and I can guarantee you the 40% of Democrats who said they would stay and fight were liars and women who knew they'd never have to.
