I don't see any of those quotes above in the Steven Sund (US Capitol Chief of Police) testimony before the Senate that I linked. So when you put quotation marks (" ") around something, it means it did not get stated in the source? Did you even read it?
But anyway, more to YOUR original claims, I don't see "guided tour" or "self guided, allowed tour" or "peaceful" or "J6 was a setup" or any other similar characterizations of the Capitol riot that I've seen YOU suggest we can divine from Steven Sund's Senate testimony. (P1491, #29805) ("I've literally posted info including congressional hearings from the police chief and you people ignore it.")
What I do see from Steven Sund, Chief of Capitol Police on January 6, 2021 during the MAGA Capitol riot, is the following testimony he gave to the US Senate:
"The events on January 6, 2021, constituted the worst attack on law enforcement that I have seen in my entire career."
