The way I wrote it, yeah, the voters.

And I guess "the few good kids at the party" are the judges. The BIG problem being that the kid who USED to be the most influential "good kid" has recently gone to hell (SCOTUS). He's now mostly making it worse. I think that his parent got divorced, or his dog died, or something like that.....
