Here is a direct link from Mimi's webpage to the route. You can download GPX and KLM (Google Earth and Chrome?) files. I downloaded the KLM file and loaded it into Google Earth. That is how I determine the mile marker she ended her day at; which is not to be confused with her actual run distance which is longer.

She has been sticking to it for the most part. When she has made deviations it has been along parallel roads close to the intended route. It should be easy to find her by using her intended route and Garmin to confirm her actual route and you can predict her times of arrival--her pace per mile and best guess when she will arrive.

Look at any elite who's written an autobiography, or called attention to themselves in the media before or after a difficult event. Or any Average Joe who posts a million self-congratulatory Facebook updates after finishing his first marathon. We can't require all runners to be quiet and humble just to validate their results. Mimi may be more self-promoting than the average, but whatever... who cares. I'm only interested in the running.

I wouldn't bother with the boots at this point. Mimi and her team are following this thread and know they are being watched closely so they would be really stupid to try anything funny. Still, it would be nice to see if there is any evidence that Mimi can run at 190-195 spm for many hours like her cadence data says she does everyday....
