David Forrester finished 18th last week at Notre Dame with a time of 24:33 and he was also 53rd at NCAAs last year in cross. He's definitely legit. I am by no way saying Taylor is a top 60 national runner (as evidenced by his performance last week). But Alex Taylor and Will Raby both have the ability to finish in the top 7 at conference. But yes, App pulling off conference this year would be a little bit of surprise in my opinion.
