Getting the vaccine WILL become necessary for people to go out and enjoy public life. It's snowballing fast. So. what I was saying is that if you choose not to get the vaccine, you will be removing yourself from society.

Okay...I got it. But there are pro-vaxxers from the medical community saying (hoping) that virtually every unvaccinated person will eventually get the Delta variant this fall/winter inevitably ending up in the hospital.

Well over 2000 Americans died fighting in Afghanistan in in a war the people didn't want.

If you recall, Trump stopped supporting the Kurds. Results were ISIS was able to re-organize and complete the terrorist attack in Kabul. How many Kurds who fought alongside US troops were killed due to Trump's policies?

If you recall, Trump released thousands of Taliban fighters, including Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar.

This is not the anti-vaxxer controversy you think it is. The controversy at the FDA is a dispute over whether boosters are needed. The two that resigned had concerns that boosters were being pushed for political purposes and were not yet needed because the waning immunity from vaccines was not significant enough to merit boosters at this point.

If 280,000 children and mothers have to die in order for 3.5 million more children to be born, that seems like a good deal to me! Sometimes we have to sacrifice a few people for the greater good.

I’m pretty sure any intelligent person thinks while we don’t really need more people in the world (we’re way overpopulated), we do want to keep the ones who already exist alive and well because of the suffering death causes to them and their families.

The pandemic interfering with basic public health and emergency medicine is exactly my point. While we couldn't have stopped the pandemic before vaccines, and death due to healthcare overload or administrative burden is now caused directly by antivaxxers in the USA.

Innocent people are dying because antivaxxers are filling up ICUs.

Sorry, it extends beyond individual medical freedom when you refuse the vaccine which is ~95% protective against hospitalization, then go to the hospital and take up a bed that someone else with a brain could have used to, you know, survive.

Anyone not getting the vaccine due to personal preference is a sociopath at this point. There's hard evidence that your choices are directly hurting other Americans. Might as well roll into Kabul and find a Taliban recruiting center.
