A federal judge in Washington on Wednesday found a Minneapolis man guilty of assaulting police and other crimes during the Jan. 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol.
Prosecutors said Brian Christopher Mock, 44, could be seen on video outside the Capitol on that day shoving two police officers to the ground and kicking one of them. Mock waived his right to a jury trial, and opted instead to have Judge James Boasberg decide the case. The judge convicted Mock on all 11 counts, which also include felony obstruction of an official proceeding.
Mock was among a dozen Minnesotans charged in connection with former President Donald Trump's last-ditch effort to overturn the 2020 election by attempting to stop the counting of electoral votes.

Note to LRC: right wingers view cardio fitness as basically a female activity, not really manly or an admirable thing for men to do. It makes men smaller, for pete's sake. From the right wing American view, sports requiring large size and regular violence are the appropriate sports for men. Certainly not 140-pound guys wearing short shorts and tank tops, losing to Africans every time.

Women are to blame as well, where traditional roles are abdicated for material gain. If they do have children, they are expected to be both a bread winner and raise the kids. The increased levels of mental illness does not point toward better lives for either sex. Too tired for sex, they head to separate bedrooms. I think the decline in masculinity has little to do with cardiovascular exercise, and more to do with a society that has lost its way.

well you are exaggerating the danger of American cities. They aren't dangerous unless you are a young black man, basically. With a few exceptions. And there is no defunding. There is a trend toward not jailing criminals, however, which is bad.

Even in Trumplandia (Idaho) men are less likely to do work around their house. Mow their yard, house maintenance, auto maintenance, house cleaning, etc. Many do not have basic tools, or know how to use them. Not even doing a simple task like washing a car. In that respect I am a total outlier in my neighborhood. I see these tasks as not only an expression of masculinity, and my wife appreciates it, the variety of movements are very good for this 72 year old’s body.
